Private Instructor

We recommend ordering a private ski instructor with the room reservation. You will receive a written confirmation. A short-term decision for a private teacher can only be taken into account after the groups have been divided on the first day of the course (Sunday) from 10:00 a.m.

• Cancellations are free of charge up to 3 months before the first day of skiing.
• Cancellations up to 1 month before the first day of skiing will be charged 40% of the tariff.
• For cancellations up to 6 days before the first day of skiing, 90% of the ski school price will be charged.
• For cancellations on the first day of skiing, 100% of the ski school price will be charged.

Our prices include 20% VAT and DIRECT BOOKING PRICES!

Participation in ski lessons & race training with our ski instructors is at your own risk! No liability is accepted for any damage or injury. (Applies to adults as well as children and adolescents)

Should a ski instructor be booked by name and prevented by illness, injury and / or termination, we will of course provide an equivalent or better trained replacement. We also provide a replacement for ski instructors booked in writing who are prevented by illness or injury.

Ski instructor mediation

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that if the Exclusive ski school no longer has any free ski instructors available, we will pass on licensed ski instructors to third parties.

If a ski instructor / ski instructor (= licensed ski instructor) is placed with us by a third party, please note that we are not liable for:

• accidents

• Ski equipment ect.

The responsibility in the area of ​​mediated ski instructors lies with the mediated.

Payment of arranged ski instructors / ski guides: We kindly ask you to arrange payment directly with the ski instructor.

Kindergarten

Location Kinderland. Children from 2 years of age can attend kindergarten from Sunday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Important information

Course cards are non-transferable and will not be taken back. Exception in the event of an accident upon presentation of a certificate from a local doctor.

BILLING

When paying the ski school invoice via the booked hotel, we are forced to add 2% of the total invoice amount for PROCESSING. However, * all * cash invoices, with VISA & MASTERCARD or EC-CARD (D / A / NL) can be paid directly in the ski school office!

The Ski School Exklusiv Berg - Oberlech GmbH assumes no liability for any accidents. We recommend private accident and liability insurance. Claims for reimbursement for injuries or accidents can only be made with the medical confirmation of local doctors and are only the difference. Course cancellations due to the weather, late arrival or no-show cannot be replaced.
